Historic Promotions is a specialist historic motorsport, motoring and aviation events company.  

We started in 2011 with a desire to promote the kind of events we’d like to take part in ourselves and began by launching and promoting some brand-new events – such as the Donington Historic Festival.

In 2014 we took on the content management for the Bournemouth Wheels Festival and in 2015 we launched Flywheel, a new heritage event combining cars and aircraft in a unique and dynamic setting. Most recently in 2018 we launched Land Rover Legends, a new event designed to celebrate everything special about Land Rover past and present, and in 2019 we launched the Thruxton Historic race meeting and the Royal Automobile Club Historic Awards.

Our philosophy is simple – a professional approach delivered in a friendly way, with a specialised understanding of how to blend content together from the motoring, motorsport, aviation and military sectors, whether historic or modern.
